This tree is in a very private and quiet part of the forest; it is part of an established grove of trees but sits on the edge, with wild forest below. Lush huckleberries surround the tree on its perch above our seasonal creek.

This tree is located on a lovely little intimate trail we call Bracken Way. It is not a far walk from the Visitors Center but feels cozy and private. We have found a lot of varieties of mushrooms on this trail.
